I’m going to be frank I remember little to none of high school and college. I went through so much that my brain repressed close to everything.
Another problem with anxiety and depression is remembering things or thinking about past events too much to the point of obsessing over little things that mean nothing but “had you done this instead this would have happened” type stuff that won’t go away.
